*report to the Vice President & Associate General Counsel – Litigation & Compliance and will help oversee litigation and compliance across the Corporation, including False Claims Act matters, class actions, complex commercial litigation and other significant litigation, government investigations, bid protests, administrative proceedings, and privileged internal investigations. *work collaboratively with company’s enterprise operations functions and four business areas to respond to Civil Investigative Demands and subpoenas; to develop litigation strategy; to assess, mitigate, and report on litigation and compliance risk; to defend the Corporation’s interests in litigation and investigations; and to comply with the Corporation’s FAR Mandatory Disclosure obligations and disclosure obligations to key regulators. *assist in tracking and reporting to the Corporation’s senior and executive stakeholders on the Corporation’s major litigation and investigations across the enterprise. This position may have the ability to telework.
